Located at Nanpi County, Hebei Province, Tianhai Electronic
Device Factory is a member of the State Industrial Electronic
Device Association and the State Electronics Industry Association.
With its back against Beijing and Tianjin, the factory is adjacent
to the Bo Sea in the east, with the Jing-Hu Railway (2.5 hours
away from Beijing by train) and the Jing-Hang Grant Canal crossing
through from the north to the south.
Supported by tremendous technical strength, we own
a complete range of advanced equipment, including the numerical
control press, the numerical control bending machine, the drawbench,
the lathe, the universal fraise machine, the punch, the argon
arc welder, the universal hydraulic press., and etc. We specialize
on the manufacture of various pressing components, machine-processing
components, stretching components and machine cases. We also
undertake the design and development of all type of jacks, assistant
switches, various power supplies, audio input and output devices,
high-frequency surging transformers, and cold stamping dies.
In addition, we weld the copper, aluminum, stainless steel,
iron, and etc. via the argon arc.
¡¡ We have manufactured a lot of high-tech complicated
and delicate devices for tens of customers involved in different
industries such as electric power, telecommunication and electronics
throughout the country in past recent years. The microphone
component manufactured by us has been employed by the CR99 microphone
that is specially made for the 50th anniversary grand ceremony
to celebrate the founding of P. R. C. It was used by the state
leaders on the Tian An Men Gate Tower, and now has been permanently
kept by the Chinese Revolution Museum as a rare relic. The telecommunication
fittings produced by us match the products of BISC, NEC, Sehneider
and Motorola; the electric power fittings produced by us match
the products of ABB High and Low Voltage Switch Device Company
and some other companies; and the connector produced by us matches
the products of Panasonic and some other companies. In addition,
some products that we produced together with some other joint
venture manufacturers have been indirectly exported to U.S.,
Japan, Germany, Australia and etc.
